My entire professional life has been dedicated to the world of television, with years of experience within the control of an important digital broadcast platform. Currently, I feel lucky to be part of the team at Yoga Center, which I consider a school of reference in Spain, a leader in the application of modern anatomical techniques in the practice, and that studies the Yoga tradition with genuine academic rigor, while free of sectarianism.

My first contact with yoga took place in 1996 in response to an inner existential search. Then I started training in different yoga schools. I enjoyed a stay in an ashram in Canada where I got acquainted with a way of life fully dedicated to yoga. All these experiences, coupled with my growing interest in Indology and Orientalism, developed into a fondness and true vocation.

In 2001 I got my first AIPYS diploma as Hatha Yoga instructor. Afterwards I investigated other styles by attending classes in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Iyengar. In 2011 I resolved to deepen and update my knowledge of Yoga. I took the updated Hatha Yoga Instructor course and then began the Teacher Course at Yoga Center Madrid. I am also passionate about vipassana meditation within the Theravada Thai Forest Tradition.
