Full, intense and exciting course, which really prepares you to take a new start in life. The graduation is only the beginning because the course opens up the desire to know more and more, to delve into the wonderful and deep world of yoga. The worst part of the course is that it ends !! Choose your Level of Expertise

It's up to you how deeply you want to develop your practice and your teaching:

  1. Yoga Instructor: 200 hours.
  2. Yoga Teacher : 400 hours (200 instructor + 200 teacher).
  3. Advanced Yoga Teacher: 500 cumulated hours.

Advanced Yoga Teacher

After completing a minimum of 400 hrs one can take the advanced yoga teacher modules.

Advanced Modules

The available module formats are: 100 hours; 70 hours; 35 hours.

These modules can be combined to add up to at least 100 hours.

100-hour Modules

  • Advanced Vinyasa Flow
  • Advanced Yoga Iyengar
  • Advanced Meditation and Mindfulness

70-hour Modules

  • The Architecture of the Human Body
  • Pranayama
  • Restorative
  • Yoga for Children

35-hour Modules

  • Classic texts
  • Teaching Yoga to the Elderly
  • Teaching Yoga to Pregnant Women

Auditor Status

It is possible to attend the course without the obligation or commitment to perform the homework or to take the exams. In this case you will neither receive a diploma nor a certificate of attendance.

AIPYS Diplomas

AIPYS (Sananda International Yoga Teachers Association) grants certificates and diplomas in different styles of Yoga. It upholds the criteria of the international Yoga community.

Teacher Training Courses (T.T.C.)

The Teacher Training Courses are conducted by Yoga Formación Institute ® and Centro de Yoga Sananda Vigo, both of whom maintain the AIPYS standards and are not subject to any other entity.

Yoga Alliance Registrations

Graduates of any AIPYS Diploma may register with the USA or UK Yoga Alliances for the 200, 300 and/or 500 hour levels.
