The Full Vinyasa System
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is vigorous; it’s remarkable and it's joyful. It’s the progressively challenging postures strung together with coordinated breath and movement that encourages body-mind unification. That encourages stillness inherent in the present moment. With the grace of a ballet dancer, and the wisdom of a Yogi, Lino shows students the gentle side intrinsic to Ashtanga. His teaching tool is the Full Vinyasa System, which he refers to as “the scientific method.”
