Conditions
The General Conditions are:
- Fulfill all required course activities in chosen course.
- Successfuly completing the tests given throughout the course to the required level. The evaluation parameters for obtaining the Diploma or Certificate shall conform to the standards that the Sananda International Yoga Teachers Association (AIPYS) sets for such diplomas or certificates. Students not successfuly meeting these standards will be issued a certificate of attendance (not suitable for teaching).
Level of Commitment:
The student is advised that she has the option to give up taking all examinations and tests during the courses. This waiver, that must be chosen before the course begins, only entitles the applicant to receive a Certificate of Attendance (not suitable for teaching). If this is the chosen option, then it must be marked. (Except Iyengar courses).
Leaving the Course before Completion:
- If the student wishes to leave the course within the first three days of the course, the student shall notify in writing the teacher in charge of the course within that time period. Only in this case, and upon written notice, a refund of 70% of the price for the remaining classes paid, will be made.
- After the expiry of the aforementioned period of three days, the student who does not wish to continue attending classes must notify the teacher in charge. In this case, and upon written notice, the student will only be reimbursed 20% of the price of the remaining classes paid.
- Students who have left their chosen course and wish to re-enroll in the same, but immediately following course to be convened thereafter, the aforementioned course shall not pay tuition fees if previously paid. The right to this bonus is conditional upon the following:
- The student may have no outstanding financial debt with Yoga Center S.L..
- This right may be exercised only with respect to the immediate following course equal to the previously chosen course.
- The student is advised that Course materials given to her are protected by copyright.
- This material will only be available to the student and in no way will be used or shared with any other individual or legal person for commercial purposes or teaching.

Yoga Center reserves the right to change and cancel their courses and class schedules without notice.
The student must have their own personal injury insurance.
Note: The lack of agreement to any of these terms, will result in delayed enrolment.
