Who is this course for?
This course is aimed at those who have practiced Iyengar Yoga style for at least one year and are seeking a solid foundation of practice and training.
Entry Requirements
People interested in this course must pass a practical test and a personal interview with the professor of the course. In general, it is required that those interested in this course have already obtained our 200 hr. Yoga Iyengar Teacher Diploma from Yoga Center.
Course Objectives
That students enrolled in this course reach a broad preparation in their personal practice and well prepared to teach experienced students and those with major difficulties in the practice of this method.
Like the Instructor's course, technique, pedagogy and adaptations are the main thematic sections of this course, which requires a high degree of commitment to the practice , since the latter, being very detailed and accurate, requires intense attention to execute properly.

- 100 hours of Practice and Postural techniques
- 30 hours of Pedagogy and Teaching Methodology
- 20 hours of Anatomy and Physiology
- 20 hours of the Basis of Tradition,Yoga Philosophy and Ethics
- 10 hours of Class Practice

Certificates accredited by A.I.P.Y.S.
Certification and Degrees
Students who pass all exams and other course requirements receive a Diploma as a Iyengar Yoga Instructor issued by Yoga Center and accredited by AIPYS
Certificate of Attendance
If one does not attain the necessary level to obtain the Diploma, instead, a Certificate of Attendance (not for teaching ), according to the standards set by AIPYS will be issued.
Certificate of Attendance
At the end of the three modules we shall issue a Certificate of Attendance. To Obtain this Certificate you will be expected to successfully attend the established programs for the specific module.
Accreditation
All our courses are recognized and accredited by the International Association of Yoga Teachers Sananda (AIPYS), whose standards and criteria are established by the international yoga community.
A.I.P.Y.S is a founding member of E.F.Y.T.A. (European Federation of Yoga Teachers Associations ).
Other registers
Upon completion of this course as AIPYS 400 hours Yoga Teacher, this course gives access to the advance diploma 100 hours to complete the 500 hours. Graduates may register with the different Yoga Alliances Level 500 hours.
