Who is this course for?
This course is designed for people with at least two years experience in the practice of Yoga who want to learn how to teach Hatha Yoga.
The course provides the knowledge and skills needed to teach Hatha Yoga. It will greatly advance your personal practice.
These courses are also aimed at those who are simply interested in improving their practice and deepening their knowledge of Yoga practice and tradition.
Objective of the Course
Its main objective is to emphasize the pedagogical techniques that are applied in the teaching of yoga, through the prism of an innovative methodology that enriches and empowers you to teach with confidence your future students.
Our Hatha Yoga Training Course
'Yoga Center' trains its teachers of Hatha Yoga from several perspectives:

Course Content:
Postures, breathing, relaxation, meditation, pranayama, kriyas, tradition and Kirtan.
During the course you will study and analyze the postures, breathing, and relaxation, from anatomical and physiological viewpoints.
You will learn the classic techniques of Integral Yoga and come to understand the sources of this Indian tradition. You will experience personal growth, deepen your understanding of the practice, psychology and philosophy of Yoga while learning the Yoga vocabulary and terms in Sanskrit.
Through an eclectic and pragmatic methodology, with its variety of techniques, you will discover the most appropriate ways to approach students of different levels.

Certification
Certification is obtained after passing the theoretical and practical assessments, resulting in a Practice of Hatha Yoga Instructor diploma accredited by AIPYS
Students may choose to resit the exams at one of the AIPYS centres if necessary, to complete their diploma requirements.
In the case of not passing the exams, a Certificate of Attendance will be awarded.
