Completion of the Teachers courses provides access to the 100 hrs postgraduate courses to complete your 500 hrs. diploma
Objective of the Course
The purpose of these courses is to complete the training begun in the Instructors Course, developing further all themes both practical and theoretical. You know the basics of anatomy and sequencing to give your students an intelligent and effective yoga class, but now you will work with your teachers to develop your own voice and master your teaching skills. The course work in this program is 200 hours.
Recognition
The program fulfils the international standards to obtain the 200-hour training diploma. The monthly format will consist of weekends from Friday to Sunday once a month for ten months.

This course gives the student a broad vision of the world of Yoga and its theories. The practical classes demand a high level of adjustment techniques so you can teach more advanced classes.

Tradition: A review of its origins and evolution to make it more understandable to current approaches. We emphasize an approach based on the importance of tradition as a fundamental part, in order to understand the origin and development of Yoga. The tradition is approached with deep respect and that attitude is applied to each practice. However, our approach is not dogmatic.
