Themes
The contact hours that make up this study plan are distributed among different training areas:
Techniques, Methodology and Practical Application: practical knowledge of the variants of advanced postures, their different techniques and their multiple adaptations, aimed at a personalised, differentiated teaching, capable of addressing the different abilities encountered in the classroom, incorporating the newest methodologies.
Pedagogy: Planning and learning methodology. Advanced knowledge of preparing and designing a class. Pedagogical and creative strategies for developing individual teaching scripts, and oral presentations.
Anatomy and Physiology: specialised knowledge of applied anatomy for the practice of postures.
Philosophy and Tradition: Comparative multifaceted study of the yoga tradition: history, literature, philosophy, its practical application and its reconciliation with Western culture.
Meditation, practice of advanced pranayamas and kriyas.
Practicum: Throughout the course, what was learned in the theoretical and pedagogical classes is practiced, consolidating the knowledge of the postures, variants, substitutions and use of aids for the improvement of personal practice and with a view to teaching.
Already at this stage of the Teacher Training Course, the asana technique and how to teach it is thoroughly mastered, and the next question that arises is "now what?"
Now appears the ability and the possibility to go one step further, to venture to explore the limits of the posture and direct it towards a purpose.
You will learn to recognize the fine line that differentiates yoga from acrobatics or gymnastics.
In this course you will move towards a conscious and integrative asana.
Teachers
Mabel
Mabel uses of techniques, methodology and practical application and practical knowledge of anatomical adaptations, of precision in postural corrections, of the use of accessory tools are one of her strong fortes in her teaching. Learning knowledge, skills, abilities, values and attitudes related to the practical teaching of yoga are some of the aspects in her teaching style.
At present he is devoted to the practice and diffusion of meditation in small groups and teacher training courses, where he freely teaches his personal commitment to this ancestral practice from a human point of view.
One of my passions is to share my training with the students. Om
Chrystiani is an expert in the technical and methodological application of the practice. "Recognising that learning is different for everyone is very important, a training student is open, wanting to know more, but also comes with a baggage, with their way of seeing yoga, with doubts"
In the 300 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher training it is necessary to request a personal interview. Send an email to aipysyogaformacion@gmail.com to the attention of Gauri
