Who is this Course for?
This course is aimed at those who have practiced Iyengar Yoga style for at least one year and are seeking a solid foundation of practice and training.
Course Objective
That students enrolled in this course reach a broad preparation in their personal practice and well prepared to initiate others in the practice of this method.
Technique, pedagogy and adaptations are the main thematic sections of this course, which requires a high degree of commitment to the practice , since the latter, being very detailed and accurate, requires intense attention to execute properly.
Recognition
The program fulfils the international standards to obtain the 200-hour training diploma. The monthly format will consist of weekends from Friday to Sunday once a month for ten months.

Ramón has dedicated his professional career of over thirty years to the study, practice and training of Yoga Iyengar teachers. Ramón practices and teaches moving away from empty sectarian imitations of content to try to understand and transmit the main lines of this difficult but exciting practice.
