This course is aimed at those who have practiced Iyengar Yoga style for at least one year and are seeking a solid foundation of practice and training.
Course Objectives
That students enrolled in this course reach a broad preparation in their personal practice and are well prepared to teach experienced students and those with major difficulties in the practice of this style.

Like the Instructor's course, technique, pedagogy and adaptations are the main thematic sections of this course, which requires a high degree of commitment to the practice , since the latter, being very detailed and accurate, requires intense attention to execute properly.
Detailed knowledge
A detailed knowledge of the methodology applicable to the teaching of this discipline, practical techniques, and a detailed attention on the factors that affect the development of this postural practice. The pedagogical techniques acquired throughout the course will prepare you for teaching Iyengar classes.
