
Practicing yoga integrates many things that are importance for me in everyday life: physical activity, body awareness and self-contact, fun and wellness. And these are the values that I enjoy passing on in my classes.
I regularly practice Hatha and Iyengar Yoga. I am an A.I.P.Y.S. Hatha Yoga instructor and I contimue training in this style at "Yoga Center" Madrid. Having had a life sciences background, I appreciate the physiological form of practice that helps maintain good health, both physically and mentally.
