Who is this Course for?

These courses are physically demanding but they will prepare you to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with grace and precision.

Objectives of the Course

The course is directed to training you in the techniques and teachings of Ashtanga Vinyasa, based on the teachings of Shri K. Pattabhi Jois, the creator of this style. Course work completes 200 hours and qualifies you to register Yoga Instructor with AIPYS

Course attendees will be inspired with the energy and dynamism of this practice, gaining all the necessary knowledge of how to practice and teach it. This is recognized by all those who have already completed this training course.

Detailed Knowledge

In our training program, we would like to change the typecast of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga from, only for elite athletes in top physical conditions to most persons in good health.

Techniques

The basic techniques and practices will be applied with detailed attention to the development of postural practice, as well as the fundamentals. The pedagogical techniques acquired throughout the course will be applied in the classes.
